We investigated Tweety Family Member 3 (TTYH3) level in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and its relationship with immune infiltration tumors by bioinformatics. Differential expressions of TTYH3 cancer were analyzed Oncomine, TIMER, GEO, UALCAN HPA. Relationship mRNA/protein levels clinical parameters was UALCAN. Co-expressed genes LUAD using Cbioportal. Its prognosis Kaplan-Meier plotter. GO KEGG analysis performed. Correlation between tumor tested TISIDB GEPIA. found that significantly increased tissues. high expression closely related to poor overall survival, post progression survival first patients. associated multiple pathways. Specifically, up-regulation mostly biological regulation, metabolic process, protein blinding, extracellular matrix organization pathways cancer. Moreover, positively cell LUAD. Finally, highly expressed as revealed meta-analysis. is the infiltration, it can be used a prognostic biomarker for infiltration.
